SHORT ITINERARY
Day 1: Drive from Haridwar to Dhak village. Distance: 290 km; Duration: 9-10 hr.
Day 2: Trek from Dhak to Gulling. Trek Distance: 4 km; Duration: 5 hr; Altitude gain: 6200 ft to 9000 ft.
Day 3: Trek from Gulling to Lower Khulara. Trek distance: 5 km; Duration: 6 hr; Altitude gain: 9000 ft to 10,600 ft.
Day 4: Trek from Lower Khulara to Kuari pass and back to Kuari pass base camp. Distance: 6 km; Duration: 5 hr; Altitude gain: 10,600 ft to 12600 ft.
Day 5: Trek from Kuari Pass base camp to Dhak village and stay. Trek Distance: 10 km; Duration: 7 hr: Altitude loss: 11,600 ft to 6200 ft.
Day 6: Drive back from Dhak village to Haridwar. See off.

Day 3: Trek from Gulling to Lower Khulara. Trek distance: 5 kms; Duration: 6 hrs; Altitude gain: 9000 ft to 10,600 ft.
Day 4: Trek from Lower Khulara to Kuari pass and back to Kuari pass base camp. Distance: 6 kms; Duration: 5 hrs; Altitude gain: 10,600 ft to 12598.
Day 5: Trek from Kuari Pass base camp to Dhak village and stay. Trek Distance: 10 kms; Duration: 7 hrs: Altitude loss: 11,800 ft to 6200 ft.
Day 6: Drive back from Dhak village to Haridwar. See off.
HOW TO REACH
Nearest train station is Haridwar. Our pick up is scheduled early morning from a location near the train station. It is advised to reach Haridwar a day before to reach the pick up point in time.
FITNESS REQUIRED
You can start by jogging everyday. Start off slow with shorter distance & keep increasing it with each passing day. As it is a easy level trek , we recommend at least a 45-30 day free hand workout schedule prior to this trek.

EQUIPMENT LIST
Sturdy trekking shoes with good grip, ankle support that can handle boulders firmly. Poncho/waterproof is a must. a 50-60L rucksack, proper warm winter clothes like jacket, socks, thermals etc.
