Booking an appointment with the Mountain:
30% of the total amount of that particular trek/trip as an advance.
The rest 70% needs to be paid two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled day of the journey.
All the payments mentioned above can be paid by cash, online transfer and UPI mode. Cheques are not acceptable.
What if you are unlucky?
If for any unavoidable reasons you need to cancel
your booked trip:
Cancelling 15 days before the scheduled date:
50% of the total amount paid would be returned in the form of vouchers. Rest 50% would be deducted as cancellation charges. No cash, bank or UPI transfer under this category.
Cancelling the trip between 15days to 1 day of the scheduled date
Or no show:
25% of the total amount paid would be returned in the form of vouchers. Rest 75% would be deducted as cancellation charges. No cash, bank or UPI transfer under this category.
What If mountains are busy?
In case there is some social/natural disturbance in the region of the scheduled trek/trip, the company holds the right to cancel or postpone the journey. We will provide you with an alternative trek/trip within
the same budget range. In such event when the company cancels the journey, you will get a Full Refund of the paid amount in the form of vouchers that can be redeemed on future trek/trip. No cash, bank or UPI transfer under this category.
NOTE:
Refund Vouchers issued by the company can only be redeemed for future trek/trip. Validity of the vouchers is 1 year from the date of issue. A particular voucher can be redeemed only once. Vouchers cannot be partly redeemed. No claims shall be settled if the voucher expires. Client can redeem their voucher on any upcoming trek/trip as per their choice. Please check the availability of seat before you redeem the voucher. In case there is some social/natural disturbance in the region of the scheduled trek/trip, the company holds the right to cancel or postpone the journey. We will provide you with an alternative trek/trip within the same budget range.
In such event when the company cancels the journey, you will get a Full Refund of the paid amount in the form of vouchers that can be redeemed on future trek/trip.
No cash, bank or UPI transfer under this category. If the total amount of the trip you have selected for redeeming your voucher is more than the actual voucher amount, you need to pay the difference.
Also in case if the total cost of the trip you have selected is lesser than the voucher amount, no return of the extra amount shall
be paid by the company.
The amount of refund would be based on the booking charges excluding GST. No refunds would be made on the paid taxable
amount(GST).
